The Ethic Committee in EU-Parliament now!

Everyone citizen from the open society in Europe, USA, Canada etc know how cruelly and criminal man are dictator of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov who twice has ordered to massacre Uzbek citizens (16/01/1992 Students demonstration and 13/05/2005 Andijan demonstration) and killed more than 3000 citizens, many thousand has been tortured, arrested, killed in jail.

EU ordered sanctions in the May 2005 after Andijan Massacre and demanded the International investigation of this crime. But dictator answered "No!"

And now, after 6 years, EU forgives dictator Karimov and takes him in the embrace like best friend.

Why you did so Mr. Barroso? Why you play double game?

I think that today EU-parliament need to create one new - The Ethic Committee. The Ethic Committee should be having the right to decide which of the state chiefs may meet EU-leaders.
