children of Baratov Usman!
According by Association of Human rights defenders of Uzbekistan, in the 11
May 2011 some policemen have rushed into the house 236-1 apartment.8 in the
street Fitrat in city Andizhan, some of them have run
in an apartment on a ladder through windows.
In the house there were children Baratova Madina, 16 years old girl and Baratov
Umarkhon, 12 years old boy.
Children have been arrested and are taken away of police of city of Andizhan
and till now them contain there.
The children's inspector the senior lieutenant Oppokov
Azizbek has told, that Baratov
Umarkhon will be sent in a children's colony in the
Samarkand area.
During arrest the grandmother of children Maksudakhon
Khodjaeva was in a Zangiota
female colony that will meet daughter Marguba Turgunovna Baratova,(wife to Baratov Usman).
Marguba Turgunovna Baratova, 41, has been
condemned on August, 20th, 2009 on the forged charges for 5 years 6 months on
13 clauses of the Criminal code of Uzbekistan without the right to amnesty. To it have added 6 more months of punishment that it did not
recognize fault.
Earlier has been accused also Akmal Baratov, 22, (senior son of Baratov
Usman) under same clauses as its mother, but it was
possible to escape from Uzbekistan and now it lives with the father in the Moscow
area, Stupinsky district, Mikhievo,
street Park 1.

The third day under not clear order of major of Andijan arrested children
hold in Police station of Andizhan, subject to their interrogations, have
forced Baratova Madina to
sign a some documents, children hold hungry, they are weakened, complained by
phone of dizziness.
Judge Imomova Umida has

Today on May, 13th, 2011 Baratov Usman and Elena Urlaeva could
take contact by phone with assistant of the judge Imomova
which has told, that the responsibility of illegal arrest lays
on of Andizhan Police department.
Baratov Usman is the citizen of Russia, the opponent to regime
Islam Karimov in Uzbekistan and he are the president Inter-regional Uzbek
society “Vatandosh”, the organizer of pickets in
Russia in day on May, 13th anniversaries Execution of citizens of Andijan. He
lives to the above-stated address since 1983, was at war in Afghanistan in
1982, has awards, ordered about protection The white House in Moscow in 1993,
is engaged in human rights activity.
Baratov Usman considers, that the
conclusion of the wife and arrest of children is revenge of authorities of
Uzbekistan for its activity.
